Starting Therapy in Reno – What to Expect and How to Begin
Taking the first step toward healing shouldn't be the hardest part. Whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family support, we’ve designed a straightforward process to get you the care you need.
Starting Therapy: Simple Steps
1. Finding the right fit
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. This is a low-pressure way for us to hear your story, answer your questions about our relational approach, and ensure we are the right fit for your specific goals—whether you are coming in as an individual or a couple. Schedule your consultation
2. Connecting with our care coordinator
Once you decide to move forward, our care coordinator, Tammy, will reach out to handle the logistics. She will help you navigate insurance questions, explain our fees, and send over your digital intake forms so you can focus entirely on the healing process.
3. Starting your path to change
After your paperwork is complete, you can schedule your sessions online through our secure portal. You’ll choose a time that fits your schedule, and we will begin the work of breaking old cycles and building a more resilient version of your life or relationship.
